Problem for Toshiba Satellite? A215-S4747 PC Notebook

Set the laptop to reformat the hard drive using

I Set the laptop to reformat the hard drive using the recovery disks sent with the laptop and now it can't find the bootmanager. All I keep getting is "cannot find bootmgr" press ctrl+alt+delete to restart. I do and it says the same thing.
