Question about SanDisk Sansa e250 MP3 Player
You can press and hold the POWER button to reset the device.
If you press the buttons too fast the device will always freeze.
Best of Luck.

I recommed you to return to the store you purchased it from and get another one, because this seems to me like a software error or corruption.
However your mp3 should die sometime soon and you should be able to switch it back on. but if the problem still hasn't gone in a couple of days i would recommend you to send it back.

Save hours of searching online or wasting money on unnecessary repairs by talking to a 6YA Expert who can help you resolve this issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
