Problem for Radio Shack Pro-96 Scanner

I have a Radio Shack Pro-96 Digital Handheld

I have a Radio Shack Pro-96 Digital Handheld scanner with at least three channels locked out. My fault but would like to get them to work again as I have a $500 scanner and it is locked out on these channels that I like to listen to. Any ideas on what I can do? I asked at the Radio Shack store here in our town and was told that he did not know what to do. Figures.

Are you talking about banks? (0-9) If so, choose one sole bank (i.e. 7) and press MAN, then PGM, then TRUNK. Once here, Press the FUNC key on the left hand side and I believe you press "1" on the keypad afterwards. This will unlock the specified bank. If it is no "1", try the other numbers. Hope this helps...
