Question about Dell 924 All-in-One InkJet Printer
That is the message I get and I have replaced the cartridges with DELL brand and I have tried cleaning the surfaces (not sure I know how to do that very well but I cleaned until I could see no more ink on the cloth.
NOTHING works - just the same old message??
Same problem, colour 'missing'.
Put old cartridge back in and works fine.
Must be cartridge problem

Apparently, this is a common problem with this printer & no one seems to have a solution for it:
I would suggest calling Dell, especially if it's still under warranty, and try to get it fixed or replaced.
