LCD TV flickering

I purchased samsung LCD 37 inch TV last November. When any flourescent color (light blue, light green, pink, etc) comes in the TV, it starts flickering (changes to black& white, then to color, again back to black& white, etc) . When the flourescent color goes out, TV starts functioning normal. This comes when I use satelite receiver. Mainly this happens when flourescent color comes on the screen. Service center people took the TV and adjusted some system setting. Still the problem continues.What may be the problem and suggest solution please.
