Input: 100-240VAC / 50~60Hz
Output: 12VDC / 2A

This means the Input power can be from 100 volts to 240 Volts AC, and at 50 to 60 Hertz

The Output power is 12 Volts DC at no more than 2 Amp's. (Amperes)

Asian Power Devices Inc. has a model DA-24B12 that fits these specs.
Also a Wattac AC adapter model number - BAO362Zl-8-A01 will work.

Otherwise just use a 12 Volt, 2 Amp power pack, with a positive on center contact, and a 2mm pin hole

Most externals are 12v input voltage so as long as you have a adapter with this input voltage your be fine, and the hard drive should operate.

Both speaker system you mentioned should powered by external adapter .
they can powered by same ac adapter because they run on same voltage input

The input is USA 110 - 120 Volts AC, Europe, 230 - 250 V AC.

A lot of adapters will work on anything from 90 V AC to 250 V AC, it is clearly indicated on the actual unit itself, if you look. If it is, it can be used anywhere.

It should be on the power adapter itself after output.
If your in the US it's 120V 60 Hz.
Why are you asking about frequency?

The AC adapter input voltage is 120 Volts AC as it plugs into a wall outlet. I suspect you want to know the output voltage of the transformer. If you have the old transformer the output voltage is listed on the transformer top. May be hard to read but it is there. This system is also sold under then brand name Jasco. The Input voltage of the system should also be printed next to the power connection or on the speaker itself.

Look carefully at the text printed on the modem -- it should be listed.

You need to input the correct voltage, amperage, the correct polarity, the correct outer diameter of the plug, the correct inner diameter of the plug. Don't worry about the input voltage, 117, 120, and 125 are all the same.
