the reason that your creative zen won't read the avi is because the necessary codec is missed.

It's so easy. Little CD has to bee added in your Mosaic pack. Install Creative Centrale, select files and transfer to your Mosaic. It's and easier way - just go to My Computer > Zen Mosaic and drom music (in Music folder), pictures. In Mosaic in the start is some videos (4), i think, one song, and a lot of photos. :)

do a google on your model and download the convert software
it probally has the format as cell phone videos but yours is probally easier.. you could just try a usb cable and port over to the folder where the videos and music is on,

ok so if it isn't working right, then hit the reset button,
and to get the stuff onit just plug it into thecomputer, then open up the my computer screen, and access the mp3 go into music.
that is where you copy and paste music.
the stuff that comes with it, are just expamples and you can follow the the same instructions ubove to delete them...
and you do know you need headphones to be plugged in to listen, speaker or not...right??

idk how to put movies on but put your videos onto your computer then download them onto windows media player in your library and then go to sync and drag them to download and them click start sync
