Can't get the dehumidifier bucket out of the 50 pint unit

it's a major ordeal to get the bucket out to empty it. Is there something I'm missing here. I love the efficiency and sound, but it is stressful when it's time to empty. Nobody wants to do it, even the strong teen sons.

Not sure what kind you have but i have a Frigidaire 50. I had problems for months trying to get the bucket out. The bottom right side was always sticking. The trick on mine is to pull the bottom right corner first and then the left side. It comes out easily ever time.
