When a camera does not want to power on. the best thing to do is remover the battery, charge the battery and chaco all contacts on the battery, and in the camera. All contacts should be clean and shiny. You can clean contacts only with a dry clothe. Never use anything sharp in or close to a camera. When you reinsert the battery, check is the battery door / cover closes correct. Most cameras do have a switch to chaco if the battery door / cover is closed.

Hello Max,
Is your camera registered? If not please register it here.If its registered then its still on warrant.I would suggest you utilize that and contact the customer care with your camera's issue before proceeding.Could be a defective charger or a bad battery.
But remember my first option.

Do you have Windows Live Photo Gallery? It comes with Windows 7, but if not you can download it here: http://windows.microsoft.com/en-US/windows-live/photo-gallery-get-started
You can also try and select the videos you want using the file download module Windows displays when a new device is plugged in. If that doesn't work, try
I have had video issues with my Olympus TOUGH (could not delete them from the camera) which turned out to be a formatting problem with the memory card.
