Why my yahoo emails not open

I've had similar problem. When on on my yahoo page and click on mail at top right of page it won't open mail. If I right click and select "open" it will open my mail page. I solve by restarting computer and it will start working correctly. I think it is Internet Explorer problem.

I can open my yahoo mail but am unable send emails or to delete any emails plus can not close yahoo mail

This is inappropriate, not to you, but yahoo! mail. I had a similar problem a while back. My resolution was switching browser. If you are using internet explorer, this is most common to happen. I would recommend to install Chrome as it is the fastest browser in England and has a tool to block inappropriate cookies so you won't get anymore bugs and it well could be. If you change browser and it still doesn't work than feel free to contact me.

When try to sign in it says cookies won.t allow it i neeed access to my email what do i do cookies seem to be preventing me from logging on to get to my email

I assume you are using Internet Explorer as your browser. Open the Control Panel > Internet Options > General > and below the general tab, locate "browsing history", select "delete browsing history on exit", click "Delete" > "Apply" > "Ok" (you have to do this while the internet explorer is closed, otherwise all the cookies and temporary files will be unable to delete).

Now open the internet explorer and access the site again. Hope it's gone now and you can access your mails.

If in case the problem persists, you need to use a system cleaner, (click here to download a cleaner-freeware) or run the disk clean-up wizard, open "My Computer" right-click C: > "Properties" > "Disk Cleanup" > on the disk cleanup wizard dialog box options, select the applicable location/programs including Temporary internet files and Temporary files, click "Ok".

[If you are using another browser like Mozilla firefox, googlechrome, etc..etc.. it's best and easiest to run the program mentioned above, but always run the program while the browser is closed]

That'll definitely fix your problem.

Good luck.

Thanks for using FixYa.

Can not open emails

This problem has something to do with the Cookies, Cache and Internet files of your internet browser. Try to clear the Cookies, Cache and Internet files of your browser. To do this, please follow the steps below:

* For Internet Explorer:
1. Run Internet Explorer and click on 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to Internet Options and locate the Browsing History section.
3. Click the 'Delete' button and delete the Temporary Internet Files, Cookies and History.
4. Close the Internet Explorer and re-open it.
5. Access your Netaddress e-mail.

* For Mozilla Firefox:
1. Run Firefox and hit 'Tools' menu.
2. Go to 'Clear Recent History' and click the drop-down arrow for 'Time range to clear'.
3. Select 'Everything' and then hit the 'Clear Now' button.
4. Close and re-open Firefox
5. Access your Netaddress e-mail.

Good luck and have a great day!

Internest explorer so to open.

Do Internet Explorer update or use Mozilla Firefox (that is similar to Explorer) instead of Internet Explorer.

Download and reinstall internet Explorer from website below:

Internet Explorer: Get It Now

Or use mozilla instead of internet explorer:

Mozilla | Firefox web browser & Thunderbird email client
