Hi - I checked all the handsets and found I had two registered as no 2, 1 as 3 and 1 as 4 - NO No 1! I don't know how this happened but anyway I changed the duplicate no 2 to be no 1 and then re-registered the offending handset no 4. All is now fine. The duplicate number may have had nothing to do with the problem of course as unfortunately I didn't try re-registering the offending handset beforehand.

Hi I have got a BT Freestyle 2200. My son pressed the buttons and it only rings once when someone phones me. How can I put it back to ringing normally.
