Hello, Turn Calculator ON Press [LeftShift][FILES]. The folder structure appears. Scroll to highlight 2:Flash . Press F3 (Format) and click OK. When finished Press F5 (cancel) and you get out of the file structure. Hope it helps.

Run Fixup command line tool (fixup -f)
Load fixup -i mail\file.nsf
Fixup command line tool checks all documents in the database.
Run Compact command line tool (compact -i -c -d -K)
Load compact -c -i mail\file.nsf
Generally, once a file is corrupt, it's gone. So what I'd do, is just recreate the changes using one of your slightly older versions of the file. This time taking care to make sure you know exactly which one you're editing. Maybe saving a copy to a USB flash drive in addition to uploading a copy somewhere.

You can try reformatting it but 9 times out of 10 that doesn't work. If you want to try it do this:
1. Remove the corrupt memory stick from your PSP. 2. Go to system settings and choose format memory stick. 3. When it tells you all the data will be deleted and asks if you're sure, insert the corrupt memory stick and choose yes. Either way you are going to lose all your data from memory so make sure you go ahead and say yes to this.
del. every file that is corrupt on the card sadly there is no way to get any of the info back because when it goes corrupt its like spam that hit your card. no way to fix it unless u del. it. at least thats how i use to do it on my ps2 memory cards

ROM is the key word here. for some reason, your bios flasher believes your CMOS memory is ROM: read-only memory! I do not know why. if you haven't already, try resetting CMOS (using jumper) and trying again.
