- same problem here...and i got it fixed once..took 8 weeks to get it back had id for 2 now again and now its not working AGAIN!!!Is there any way i can fix it myself?- Guest

I solved the problem by using two fingers to tap on the top, sides and bottom of the lens. When I turned the camera off and on, the problem was corrected.
It took a couple of trys and each time I increased the pressure of my tapping.
