Mitsubishi ck3526r A friend gave me this tv and I can not add channels. When I go to memorize channels to add them it doesn't work. So I have this huge tv screen with channels 2,3,4 and 6. I have the original remote but my son messed with it yesterday and whatever he did "erased" the channels. Help!!!

I have tried erasing and re-adding but that has not worked either, it is driving me nuts, I don't understand what the problem is. Even when I route through my DVD player it will not go past channel 22.

I know how hard you must be trying to make me understand what you are saying and I did find the yellow/red/white cords but I still cant make it work. You don't need to waste anymore time with me, I am just not able to fix things like this because i don't understand technology very well. I'm sorry I have wasted your time. Thank you so much for trying to help me

I feel your frustration! Most all tv's share similar features, but
access varies with mfr & age. Some sets have an individual channel add and erase system as well as an auto-program
method.Others offer only one way to memorize. In your case,
analyze how to erase channels and thus learn to memorize!
If you need more help, please let me know in exact detail the steps you are taking......T.

The more you tell me,the more I can try to help!

DVD / VCR will go above 22 if you program it.Before you

auto-program, select cable. Please read the manual for VCR

channel programming......If it doesn't make sense, tell me the

make & model of the DVD / VCR.........T.

The tv tuner is defective---do not use! Put tv on video input and
leave it there! Select VCR tuner and use it for channel change.
Hook-up yellow/red/white out of DVD/VCR into back of TV......
One last time---leave tv on video input!

    Please rate this situation solved!

PS. The tv tuner can be replaced, if available.

I have a digistar tk1337dr. I keep losing channels which we're coming through my cable connection before. I try to add channels back using the remote but with no results. No channel just snow. Any...

Just do an auto-tune to this TV, and check. All the available channels must be memorized by the TV. If it do not memorize; the main system control memory IC to it is faulty; and should be replaced. If this is the case, contact any service technician. Gopakumar Gopalan Google

Can't seem to add HD channels to Mitsubishi WS-65513

You need to run an external antenna feed to the air DTV input jack, bottom left. You can use your loop out if you already have an antenna connected to your antenna A input jack. Create a DTV device, then run your antenna setup for DTV.

Mitsubishi CS-31505 TV - UN-memorize QV (Quick View) Channel?

I've learned from a Mitsu tech that there is indeed NO easy (nor logical & user-friendly) way to UN-memorize a QV channel.

However there IS a work-around to accomplish that so that the QV will revert back to its Factory Setting of "Last Channel Recall."

Using the Mitsu remote control:

1. Poke the Menu button.
2. On the Menu, select the "Add/Delete Channels."
3. Select the Antenna (A or B or whichever) and select the channel which was memorized in QV.
4. When that memorized channel number appears, select "Delete."
5. Poke the Menu button again to exit.

The QV memorized channel number is now gone, restoring the QV function to "Last Channel Recall."

NOTE: If that particular deleted memorized channel was also included among the SQV (Super Quick View) channels, it can then be added back into SQV using the Menu and SQV option.

Hope the above helps those who have encountered the same issue.
