The problem is the print head that is were the LASER is located open close the front door to reset if it comes back replace the print head

First check the alignment front and rear of the finisher, check the finisher exit guide rollers if the paper is exiting properly, open both rear and the front cover and check the lower gears attach is the up/down drive belt. that lower gear one might be broken by the pin slot.

Sir,
You mite have a problem with XFER/SEP HV Connection in the first Di450. Also the Housing's on both end of the XFER/SEP assy may need replace ment that would be the two white assy at each end of the XFER/SEP assy. There breaking down due to HV. Also have you replaced the two corna wires in each unit their very fine gold plated wires very thin. They mite have broke or have toner over them clean with alcohol be careful they are very fine wires.

Change the subtoner motor.Take up the development unit,and change the development,motor.Close /up the front cover and the problems resets.
