How to put music to q1 mp3/4 player ..??

- Go to Control Panel-> add hardware then Stop here...

connect your payer

then press next -> yes i have already connected the hardware -> next->

In the installed hardware list go to the bottom one "Add a new hardware device".->next

Select "Search for and install the hardware automatically" ->next
after that in the hardware category select "portable device"
then just next next and ..
it will be done .....
But the software from the samsung will not recognise it ..
