Isso é um erro de firmware.
Existe uma actualização que corrige isso. Se tiveres acesso a descarregar os firmwares e se souberes como fazer... O teu problema está resolvido.
Contudo aconselho que ligues com a assistencia tecnica. Contacta com a Ricoh portugal e eles enviam-te um tecnico que saberá fazer isso.

If there is a password that is not allowing you to reset the BIOS, I would recommend going to the following website and having one of the technicians use their proprietary devices that can unlock it for you. Im not sure if there is a charge but this may be the best solution to avoid any headaches. Just let them know there is a bios password preventing you from entering the BIOS and you need it removed and they should be able to help you from there.

Ok get a program called Partition Magic, I have found you a Tutorial here: http://www.le.ac.uk/cc/dsss/docs/pm4-main.shtml Basically, you divide the 8.5GB into smaller sizes, NO MORE than 4GB, so say 2x3GB, & 1x2.5GB, or whatever suits.. then ya Format each Partition, Make ONE an Active Boot Partition, the rest logical ones. Your actual Size of the drives will be less than the Total due to Formatting information etc. Read the tutorial carefully B4 ya do anything. Ya be using the bigger storage in no time...

Hi, Depends on what OS you are using. For this particular model (Libretto 100CT), it is probably either Win9X or RedHat (or some Linux variation). In Win9X, you might try F8 & run it in DOS and run: Scandisk c: /autofix /surface; Scanreg /fix If it is beyond repair you have to have access to the OS installer CD. Sometimes Win9X installer is also saved in the HD. Try checking if it is inside your HD and run setup. Hope this be of some help. Pls post again how things turn up. kind regards.
