None of my apps will turn on and it keeps saying all apps are closed

You might have transfered it to lacal sd card which are transfered to some other location
from file manager look wether all files are there only where it was prior(since app follow the same pathway to load app)
try to relocate it on prior position
or else you have to reinstall them
remember alway keep your backups
