did you instal the driver for it? if not download from here http://www.nodevice.com/driver/company/Elitegroup/Motherboard/page11.html instal it and check if is working.                              if you have instal the driver then if everything on the board is working fine if some piece is malfunction then it must be changed.

Create a folder on you're desktop & give it a name. Download the manual, file name 661FX-M7.zip into the folder. Uncompress the file within the same folder. Go to page 4 which will show you a picture of the board. Each item is numbered. Page 5 will describe each number.
Number 6 is the bios jumper. Than go to page 9. This will show you how to set the jumper to clear the bios/cmos. (Leave it in the clear position for 15 seconds), than move the jumper back to pins 2 & 3, its normal position.
