How do you remove the front panel of our 55" Toshiba for cleaning

when initially turned on. After a few minutes normal color resumes. Also during action sequences e.g. explosions etc... the horizontal hold seems to freak out. I get 2 green lines top to bottom and ti looks to split the screen into 3 sections.
