SOURCE: ImageRunner c3200 Color Registraton

If there is a noise "thumping" along with the color misregistration, there is a broken gear in the ITB drive assembly. If there isn't a noise the easiest thing to try is is a full auto gradation adjustment in user mode. If that doesn't work, you can enter service mode * 28 * then copier>function>clear>DCON, highlight DCON, press ok and reboot machine.

Good Luck

SOURCE: Canon Color ImageRunner - Tab Instructions

To be able to print using tab paper from the driver

Since the tab paper can only be fed from Stack Bypass, single reverse tab paper cannot be
used. The tab paper must be single forward.
1. Go to the printer and put some tab paper in Stack Bypass
2. Press Letter on C3200 LCD panel and press Next
3. Select Tab paper and press Done
4. Go to Windows Start menu and choose Settings
5. Open Printers folder
6. Select Canon iR C3200 PS3’s Properties
7. Click on Device Settings tab
8. Click on Form to Tray Assignment button
9. Making sure that Stack Bypass is highlighted and Paper Size is Letter, select
Tab Paper by scrolling down the Paper Type list
Page 2
Hint:
In order to print to Tab paper, it is necessary to select Tab Paper in the Form to Tray
Assignment dialog box before using this option. Otherwise, the option of printing to Tab paper
is not available from the print driver.
10. Click OK to close Form to Tray Assignment
11. Click OK to close Properties window
12. Open Word document called “tabs.doc”
13. Go to File menu and select “Print…”, and change the current printer to Canon
iR C3200 PS3.
14. Click on Properties
15. Click on Paper Source tab.
16. Select Paper Type option
17. Choose Tab Paper from Paper Type list. As soon as you select “Tab Paper”,
Conflict Information dialog will appear. Click on OK.
Page 3
Hint:
In order to change the tab position, click on Tab Position button. Clicking this button opens a
dialog box for specifying the width for shifting the image data to be printed on the tab part of
the paper.
Hint:
The conflict information displayed pertains to the finishing of the document. Tab paper must
be grouped, not collated. Since the default value for finishing is Collate, the driver
automatically adjusted the finishing option to resolve the conflict.
18. Click on OK to close the Properties window.
19. Click on OK to print the tab paper.
20. Go retrieve your output.
Note:
Please note that this procedure for printing on tab paper is not the same for all drivers. CCD
drivers would be similar to this procedure, but depending on the OS Platform, exact buttons
and steps would vary. However, from such drivers as imagePASS-C1 PS and Macintosh drivers
would work completely different from this procedure. Although we will not cover each
procedure step by step, we encourage you to take time to make yourself familiar with the
procedures.

SOURCE: Color toner used up even though I selected grayscale

Selecting grayscale only will also make use of your color. when u select grayscale, look under the print options and select black cartridge only and for more economic printing, use fast draft or draft printing.

How do i stop my savin 2020 from printing a yellow streak on my color copies?

Sounds to me like either a faulty yellow toner cartridge (try replacing it) if the drum is integral with the toner this should clear it. Otherwise you may need to replace the yellow image drum.

E000020-01a2 showing this error

This an error code for the yellow color. The E020 is related to toner or drums. The 01 is for yellow but my book doesn't have the a2 part. How long has it been since the yellow drum has been changed? It's good for about 40,000 prints. Go into service mode and go to copier, display, dens, then misc. This will give you the approximate life of each color drum as expressed as a percentage of life. Hope this helps.

Did you change the toner?Developer unit? When did it occured?

FIRST: the copier must be cleaned and vacumed, it may be that toner falls onto transfer section and that causes the problem, you may also have problem with yellow developing unit or drum or transfer cleaning blade.

Yellow deposit

Remove the Yellow Drum unit, Check the drum for any toner. The drums should be clean and I believe a Green color. If you see any toner on the yellow unit replace the unit. Some models have a charge cleaner built into the image units, if that is the case with yours you will see a light blue knob on the front of the unit. Pull this knob in and out about 5 times to clean the units charger this may correct the problem without replacing the yellow image unit.

Oki 5150 color are not print right

You need to replace the magenta drum. Just because there is life left; it's possible it is scratched. Also, take a cotton ball dip in alcohol and wipe the LED's off when the cover is open; those black things that are hanging down from the cover. Also, make sure your drums are installed in the proper spots (magenta in magenta slot). If the toner "rubs off" after it prints... then the fuser is defective.
