If you have windows recovery disk boot your computer with it.Put your recovery disk in cd or dvd rom
When you power up press F12 key then set first boot devcie as your cd or dvd rom then it boot with disk.
Then go to recovery console then type in prompt "chkdsk /r"
then press "y"
then it fix the error on disk.thats it.

So boot your lapto pwith your rercovery disk then go to recovery console and type "chkdsk /r"

That is probably a disk error, related to the NTFS file system.
Did you try a "chkdsk /f" command to check and fix the disk?
