when my phone powers on i get an x over the signal bar and it tells me my phone has an hardware problem what is the problem?

-   When ever i put my sim card in and try to sign it in it takes such long time and then it says it can't read the sim card and then it says that there is a hardware problem. how can i fix it??-   BlaKBoI
