Question about Motorola Mobility RAZR V3

Deleting Contacts My Razr V3 suddenly started deleting contacts. I would go to call someone and the contact information would just be gone. One day I put the same contact in 5 times before it kept the information only to find out a different contact got deleted.

Im having the same problem with the same phone...

  • Anonymous Jan 05, 2008

I have the same problem :( I have a pink razr and its almost a year old. I just recently though noticed that it has been deleting my contacts. I would put one in the contact list and then i would go to look at the list and it would be gone. Then when i try to send a text message the contact that i deleted will be there in the list of people i can send a text to. Although, i don't think there is something wrong with the keypad. It is only certain contacts. once i was adding two numbers and it accepted one and not the other. I then tried again five times and it would say that it is saved but it would not be there, but again when i went to check the text message list the name was there five times because i tried to add it five times. It is very annoying if anyone can help it would be greatly appreciated :)

SOURCE: I have freestanding Series 8 dishwasher. Lately during the filling cycle water hammer is occurring. How can this be resolved

Hi,
A 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
The service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.
Good luck!

Motorola razr v3 not catching signal

Have you used the external antenna port? If this is damaged it renders phone useless. Somehow connected to main antenna.

You can only transfer the contacts to your phone memory. You cannot put it to memory card.

It is by default stored in your SIM card.

Thank you

RAZR V3 Outbox will not delete. says messages are locked

You would have to do what is called a master reset on your phone... You would need the security code, which is the problem I'm having for my friends phone... She has a verizon v3 and she never changed the security code... She had, however; flashed her service to cricket, and now we can't figure out the security code... I must warn you... You must be able to get some sort of back up for all of your stuff in your phone pictures, texts, contacts, and ring tones because after the master reset they will all be gone...

My phone suddenly display "Unregistered SIm

It sounds like you need to contact your carrier. The sim card is the brain of your GSM phone. if it is not registering with the network your phone can't attach to a tower and your account may no longer exist. Most carriers will let you call their tech support even if your account has been deactivated. Good Luck.

(Post your carrier and I can get you their contact information if you need it.)
