Stater stays engaged replaced solenoid, starter ,neg cable and battery

Okay....if you have removed and replaced, basically, your starter assmebly and associated parts, then it sounds like you may need to shim it. Also, there should have been a small piece of wire....about the diameter of a piece of hangar. This is used to space the gears from the starter to the flywheel.

Please ask questions and let me know what you have done before we get into the electrical part.

Need color code 2003 f250 for radio

Hi and welcome to FixYa,

On 2003 Ford F250 trucks we have worked on, the below wire color scheme is used. Of course it would be to your advantage to perform a voltage check on the wires on OFF and ACC condition of the ignition switch. Further, continuity of the speaker through the speaker wires would also help.

Good luck and thank you for asking FixYa.

I have a 2003 f250 6.0. big oil leak

Either the rear intake gasket is leaking,or the oil sending unit.It sounds more like a oil sending unit.It will have one wire going to it.It will most likely have oil all over it,and around it.With the amount of oil you are talking 275877.jpg,it would almost have to 833439.jpg the problem. It would look similar to these. Please let us know if this helps.thank you.

Spare tire mount on 1986 Sieraa Classic

I had a similar problem with an 88 F250. Measure the tire height with tire standing, then measure space between hitch and measure frame from same place.
If the space between the frame would allow the tire to fit without the hitch, you need a wider hitch. If your current hitch has room for the tire you are all set.
Usually a heavier class hitch will have wider mounting points, but be aware that access to put in bolts may require you to weld the hitch to the truck.
