Question about Nintendo Guitar Hero Wireless Guitar - Wii for Wii

1 Answer

Some guitar notes play very softly

While playing certain songs (i.e.,"Up Around The Bend") notes in certain sections suddenly are much softer than earlier in the song. Happens in the same place in the same song all the time.I am using the guitar from Legends of Rock with the Wii World Tour game.

It stops playing certain song after a few seconds

I am glad to HELP YOU!

If your machine, using a multimedia application, it stops suddenly to play a CERTAIN song ["it stops playing certain song after a few seconds"] that means the file [the song, I mean] is broken/damaged/corrupted. So - using other words - cannot be read by the application itself.
All you need to do is to get another file [the same song but from a DIFFERENT SOURCE] hoping the new file will be in good condition.

My best regards!

No notes on my guitars e string will bend

Hello
Have a look at the neck part where the strings move through that aligning unit which has the 6 slits cut into it where the strings goes through at the top of the guitar neck.

What usually happens, the slits get worked out, thus the strings move fractions closer to the fret board which will result in a muffled sound if you press down on the string you get a fret buzz. This happens when the string touches the fret board on more than one spot.

When you play a solo you can get a muffled sound out of certain strings. This happened to me, i just replaced this unit, very cheap, and all was fixed. Hope this can work.

Best regards

Guitar Hero Guitar plays notes on its own on xbox 360

You can turn off the touch slider by going into a song and then going into options, which will turn it off until you change it back. This means , of course, you wont be able to use it, but its better than failing. :D

My XBox 360 freezes

Well if these spot are consistent on certain disks time after time it is most likely a scratch, smudge or defect on the disk. check them all for scratches and if they are dirty try to clean them very gently with a soft cloth. This would only really concern your actual console if it occurs during heavy game loading or at the same spot during a load. Try cleaning all your disks and get back to me. GL

HOw do I match colors on the screen with colors on the guitar?

When you see the red note coming down on your screen, you hold red down with your left hand and strum with your right. You have to strum every note that comes down the screen unless they are hammer ons or hammer offs, which you can learn about in the tutorial section of the game.

The same thing happened to me when i bought GH3. The only solution for me was to return it and get a new one. The manager at game stop said that this is a pretty common problem and a lot of people have returned guitars for the very same reason.
