There is a problem with mcu. Try reconect mcu plugs

For toner level you need to reset the values..

This link should help you. It might also be broken on the other contact end of the drum which will require an engineer.

You can't reset the drums counter on the machine. The drum has what they call a CRUM on it. It's the micro chip on the drum frame. You can buy new CRUM's or use one that still has some life on it. Press the two plastic retainers to remove the CRUM.
