a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
Best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
New users get to try the service completely Free afterwhich it costs $6 per call and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

I think i sent an email to somone that when they opened, it might take them to my facebook page. How do I secure my page? or what do I do?

Facebook doesn't work like that.

Even if you yourself went to a foreign (not used before) computer and entered the same link, you would be prompted for ligin information to access / edit your FB account.

My facebook got hit with a virus now i nao can not access it

Your computer may have a virus but not facebook. The virus on your computer may have accessed your facebook account and changed the password so you can't access it. Most malware will disrupt if not completely disable your internet browsing ability.

If your facebook password was changed you will need to go through the "forgot password" link on the main facebook login page to change it. But, be careful, as your email password may have been compromised as well. If this is the case you will need to change your email password that you have associated with facebook.

Addtionaly, you can contact Facebook Support for help in resolving this issue. You can get to the help pages by going to "Help" on the main facebook login page.

I wrote a tech article on how to remove viruses from a computer. You can read it by clicking here.

I was speaking to a friend on Facebook on Sunday, or at least I thought it was my friend. A link popped up asking me "Do I want to laugh". Thinking that my friend sent it to me I proceeded to try...

You have a virus on your computer from clicking the link you were sent. Your friend who sent it to you also had/has a virus.

You need to clean your computer of this virus by performing a virus scan, get something like AVAST anti virus and run a scan to get rid of the virus.

In the future, never click on links sent through chat or on other statuses like that.

Check out pages like the Bulldog Estate and Facecrooks, these pages will warn you about clicking on links such as the one you clicked.

The sooner you run a scan, the better off you will be.

Someone wrote the big "C"

Hi there.
You can delete the post (move your mouse over their comment and a 'x' in a box will appear), click on it, and it will say "remove post". IF you want to report them, click on their name, which will take you to their profile page, scroll to the bottom of the page and click on the "Report/block this person" link, in blue. Then click on the button for "Inappropriate wall post", Facebook will get a message regarding this, but may not take any action. You can block them in the square box underneath too.

Whenever I am Trying to open my REAL Facebook account, another account is being accessed that contains the same account name as mine.

If you believe your account has been taken over by another person, the easiest way to secure your account is to reset your password. You can do this by selecting the "Forgot your password?" link that appears below the Password field on the Facebook login page. An email will be sent to you with steps for completing the process.

If this does not resolve your issue or your email address has also been compromised, please click here to submit your report.
