The motor does not turn when the start button is pressed down. Electronic display is working, ie the "drying light" turns on or the timed display counts down (depending on the program chosen). There is no sound at all. I suspect cold welds on the PCB but I cannot find a way to remove it from its clipped plasic housing. Does someone know how to remove the PCB in order to check the welds?
Thanks

All lights are functioning but the motor is not turning on the drum for either a timed setting or a fixed setting. Can you recommend how we might correct this.

Lights on, even says it's drying. No movement. The drum is stiff and hard to rotate by hand.

When I turn on the dryer, the lights go on, but nothing happens. We have had this as an intermittent problem in the past. The dryer would then start to work again in hours to days. It has worked for 6 months without any incident and now it won't again. It is not working for 3 days now. Don't no where to start. Please help.
