Question about Pitco Frialator 35C Deep Fryer
The above fryer is used seasonally and goes below freezing in the winter. It has taken to overheating the oil. Not sure if it needs equipment cnage or if there is something I cna do to correct the problem without replacing hardware.
Get a tstat gas style and replace it and it is like 172.00 i had the same problem with mine is it a pitco frialator model 35cs

I am having the same exact problem and I am assuming either the tstat or high limit units have failed.....
