I HAVE A LUCENT partner 18D PHONE AT MY OFFICE.

Get yourself 2 alkaline AA batteries, keep the power on, and look for the door on the lower part of the face on the ACS processor module. Pop the cover and replace the batteries.

Which voicemail do you have? You indicated the phone model, but not the voicemail model.

It is not possible to diable the speaker phone but you can use the HFAI / Mute button to mute or unmute the spk. By default the spker phone is muted. Hope this helps.

Which voicemail do you have?

Partner Messaging?
Partner Voice Messaging?
Partner Mail VS?

If you are using Partner voicemail, you would just press *7 when you hear the voicemail system.

If you press *7, and do not get prompted for the extension number, you dont have a Partner voicemail.

Press "feature" 0 0 next press the left intercom button 2 times then press #103 (do this from extension 10 or 11)

enter the new time in 24 hour notation....ie 2:15 would be 1415 then exit programming by pressing "feature" 0 0 again.
