Question about Tec Patio II Grill
I have a TEC Patio II Grill. The dealer no longer carries the product and has unsuccessfully tried to get it to work. It ignites, but the flame just flashes and will not remain in a steady burn. He recommended a local service center which only has an answering machine. It does not return calls. Is there some way to get it serviced? Coleen Clark email@example.com 801 299 0327
It sounds like grease has dropped down and clog your burner unit. It should be cleaned and then the flames should be even once again. You would need to use a degreaser to clean the burner unit which is located at the bottom base.
