Part of the Neato software is a calibration function (It is on the installation disk)
You run it and it prints out a chart which tells you how far out your printer is
You then change some values on the setup to suit the mechanics of your printer and it should be in line
I use Neato and find that even with a machine that is supposed to be lined up I get overprint
It is easier to make your layout then make a print on paper using a dark colour , lay this on top of a CD and see which way the machine drifts.
You can then drag the image around on the Neato scream to make sure that it is in the right place before you print a CD
