Question about Casablanca Fan Casablanca B722 Blade in Rustic Iron

1 Answer

I need to clean the parts where the pan sits on.

I have an Baumatic hob. The material that the pans sit on are quite rough and black, the material is like the model B72BL.
It has stains on it but with washing up liquid it does not come off. I do not want to use anything that is too harsh and will reuin it. I have tried to scrub it but it wears away the material.

Will bicarb and white vinigar help to remove it? Or if you have a cleaner that I can buy to solve this problem I have.

I have put the Casablanca Fan in the 'product ' but I cannot find the model. I hope this is ok?

Many Thanks

Miss C Duff

Oil pressure guage was working fine then just quit working altogether truck does idle rough could it be a problem with ignition sensor truck sat 6months

Did you change oil before starting after sitting 6 months? Oil goes bad just sitting, because moisture condenses in the oil pan, which leads to acid formation that can etch main and rod bearings. Best advice is get a mechanical oil pressure gauge and hook it up where electrical unit is now to check if your oil pressure is really low or not.

Need to put new gasket on transmission pan,to stop leak.95 ford-crown vic-overdrive 4 speed, automatic tranny

Jack up the car on a level surface, put jack stands and tire chocks in place. Drain transmission fluid, this usually involves loosening the tranny pan bolts on one side and letting it drain, some vehicles come with a plug like the oil pan. Once the fluid is drained, remove all of the bolts from the transmission pan. Make sure you remove ALL of the old gasket material from both surfaces with a scraper. You can clean out the pan with a commercial cleaner or just use a little gasoline on a rag and wipe the entire pan and gasket surface. Take off the old tranny filter and replace with a new one. there should be a small magnet sitting on the pan wipe it down also. Place new gasket onto lip of pan ,you may also use some sealant if leakage is an ongoing problem, then re bolt to the transmission. DO NOT OVER TIGHTEN BOLTS!!!!! Refill transmission fluid at the dipstick and DO NOT OVERFILL !!!! CHECK FLUID LEVEL

My bread pan doesn't sit correctly so the paddle doesn't move around well, especially when it kneads faster

First pull the springy steel clips out so they bend some and stick out a little further this will hold your pan in better. Before putting your pan in make sure the little ears on the underneath side of the pan are lined of roughly opposite of the pan ears in the bottom of the oven that push the paddle around. If that doesn't make sense contact me.

Hello. I have a new hotpoint CIO644 induction hob but when I turn a hob on, and put a pan of any size on the hob, it start ticking. The ticking stops when I take the pan off. The display shows the setting...

Hi

I'm not sure that you really have a problem as with induction hobs you need to put your pan (metal only) with the ingredients in it on the hob before switching the heater on.

it is the pan which will get hot, the ticking may or may not be the pan heating up.

Try it with water only in the pan and see if it works.

My 58 Chevy 348 engine is holding oil in the upper part of the engine I've checked the oil before starting and it is full but after approx. 2 min. running the oil pressure is gone. I check the oil again...

Try using high pressure air to blow out oil returns. The engine may have sludge build up due to foreign material sticking in oil drains from a 52 year old chevy. Love that engine. It was good in it's day! Good luck!

The drip pan that sits under the freezer side of our Kitchenaid Superba side by side refrigerator is full of nasty looking black water that I wanted to clean out but I can't figure out how to get it out of...

well to take that out ? which isn't normal part of it the drip pan catches water from the fridge / freezer and is caught in the pan while the evaporator generates heat to dry the pan out!! so if you really must remove it then you have to remove the wire in front of it to get it out other wise you just unplug it and reach in there with a brush to clean it
