Question about Pitco Frialator 35CS Deep Fryer
Your best bet is to replace both even though the hi limit is a switch & made to be reset. Buy both & install the t-stat, keep the hi limit WHEN at the most inopertune time it decides to fail, you will be able to repair. Do not use an adjustable wrench & do not use the liquid sealer. Teflon tape for gas applications will work best & you will thank me next time you have to replace either & you wont have to get a 2 foot long cheater bar to break them loose.
