Check your manual...if you don't have a manual, you can get one from www.brotherusa.com

I contacted brother, they advised I had to take it to a service center, which I did. They charged me $120 for a class 2 repair, and told me how awful this machine is. Now my feeder dogs don;t work. It's been a lovely experience.

Foot on a Brother 925D serger fell off. How do you put it back on?

It looks like you just screw it on. It had to be loose to begin with. If, that isn't right, call Brother at 1-877-276-8437 and ask them. To me it doesn't look any different than a regular sewing machine foot. Good Luck

Brother Computerized Sewing Machine SE 270-D

Unfortunately, I had to send my machine to a registered Brother repair shop. It was still under warranty but cost $25 to ship. If yours is brand new, I would suggest taking it back for a new one. I went without mine for a month and a half while it was being repaired. Hope it works out for you!

Brother SE 350 Sewing and Embroidery Machine

Is it the spring that goes on the hopping foot? That's the foot used for quilting/embroidery. Check your accessory list...see if this might be an extra spring for that.

Parts fell out

WE FIXED IT!!!!! Ok my fabulous husband fixed my automatic thread foot last night and now I am sewing away. Here is what he did best I can describe. when you engage the thread shuttle, a piece comes down from the right of the sewing machine. I has a spring on the back and a very thin piece of wire with a white plastic moving part. the foot has to snap under the white plastic thing... so you have to very carefully take the white thing out of the track and then put the foot in. the bar side with the larger metal pin goes here and the foot should be facing towards the needle. Hope this helps and if I didn;t explain it well please leave me a note and I will try again :)
