Won't power-up or boot after turn off. has to cool 8hrs. to work it turns off a lot more

Take a can of air and blow off the fans. One inside the little metal box called a power supply inside the main case.
Also the cpu has a fan and heat sink on it that gets dust built inside and needs cleaning.
Warning, always unplug the power cord. Make sure you are touching something metal in the case while touching the inside of the PC. It can protect it from static shock.

Also never shake an air can. And don't spray while it's upside down. The liquid can seriously burn you.

Hi I would like to know what kind of spray or solvent to clean the dust inside the TV section, I am in the process of changing the Lamp on a samsung TV .I highly appreciate the help

one way to clean a lcd projector or DLP set when have taken the lamp door off and pull the lamp out use a small brush such as around the house small paint brush or tooth brush and with light see the fan or fans and loosen the dust on fan blades and while doing this if have a small vac or shop vac where the end is small enough to fit inside to vaccum out the dust. If feel safe to take the screws out the back of set and just lightly vaccum out set. Some guys use a can of compressed air that you can get at Radio Shack or possible Lowe's. This is ok just be careful and use vaccum at same time so dust will not go up into the optics/light engine assy in which the lamp is attached to. Really do not need to spray any liquid inside set and always pull power cord before you put hands inside set.

How do you clean the table fan?

You can use a brush with assistance from high pressure compressed air- from a Air compressor or if you reverse the vaccum cleaner ports available in some models.
While the air is blown brush to clean the grill and blades. Use a face mask so as not to inhale the fine dust. Finally clean using a degreaser spray like WD40.

Cleaned inside with compressed air and now we have white dots on screen

as you said you just only cleaned with air compressed and when you turn on then the white dots appear on the screen. so their is a possibility that the compressed air is the main reason of that problem, usually the effect is loose connection. check flexible cable going to Y and Z drive board it might be loose signal fix it. fix also other connectors good luck hope can help you.

Cd rom donot work

Either your CD/DVD drive is dirty & needs to be cleaned, or the drive has gone bad & needs to be replaced.
First, try to take the drive off the laptop. Open the drive & blow compressed air into it (from a can of compressed air) to clean it. You could also clean the lens (the small round glassy object inside the drive) using lens cleaning tissues & lens cleaning fluid.
If this did not fix the problem, you will need to replace the CD/DVD drive with a working one, or use an external CD/DVD drive.

My computer sounds like it will 'blow up' frequently now. It sounds like a fan in my 'tower' is racing then slowing (Acer). Any idea? Thank you so much.

Sounds like your pc is overheating due to dirt, clogged up fans.
I clean mine every couple of months.
Make sure you ground yourself on the case of your pc before you touch anything inside your pc
Open your case and using a small brush clean the fans ( case fans/ graphics cards fans/ CPU fan)
Or you can use an air duster ( a can of compressed air )

I use both, and i use my vaccume cleaner when i use the brush, but dont do this if you are not happy about it.

If you google cleaning my pc there is lots of help

Fan very loud all the time

probably easiest if you take the back cover off your laptop, and remove the fan completely. then remove your fan. clean all the dust from this, and also clean any air vents. obove the fan should be a metal grid thing. clean all the dust from this! this is the heatsink. usually you should use a can of compressed air. but i use a vaccum cleaner - USE VACUM CLEANER AT YOUR OWN RISK. IT CAN CAUSE STATIC ELECTRICITY DAMAGE.

Would like to go inside comeputer to clean dust build up out

Lay the case on its side, push in the two long eliptacal buttons and lift the case open like a clamshell. If it feels really heavy in you hands, it may be upside down, you want the motherboard section on the floor, look at the output panel on the back of the computer for a reference.

T5082 keeps abruptly shutting down

Sounds like it may be overheating. If you get warning beeps on startup that sounds high, low, high low, it is overheating. you should inspect and clean the fan on the processor with a vacuum or compressed air ans also clean the power supply area with a vacuum to clear all the dust out. Inspect and wipe any other dust away from the motherboard and card inside. After restarting, it still goes off, check that the fan is running during startup. If not, the fan needs to be replaced at a nominal cost. This is an easy fix. If this all fails, let me know so we can troubleshoot everything together.
