How do I fix an "Insufficient memory" problem

When I try to access the browser, almost everything results in an "Insufficient Memory" message, and then closes the browser. I have a 4 Gig memory card installed and have everything save to that, so the phone memory is almost free (and there's over 3g left on the memory card). How do I free up the memory it wants?

Go to App manager, click on all the apps you have downloaded such as Whatsapp and games, when browsing in the properties of the apps you can find an option which says : "move to external drive". if you do that you will take the apps off of your internal drive and place them on your much bigger external drive.
I hope this helped you!

SOURCE: LG shine CU720 moving pictures rto memory card.

The LG Shine allows you to do a multiple picture DELETE - but not a multiple pic transfer to memory card, at least that I've found. You have to transfer your pics one at a time from phone memory to the SD card as follows:

Select Menu --> 8 My Stuff --> 4 Pictures
Highlight the pic you want to transfer using the center toggle button,
then select Options --> 5 Move (or 4 Copy) --> 2 Memory Card --> Paste

Once your pics are on the memory card then put the phone into USB mode by selecting
Menu --> 9 Settings --> 7 Connection --> 2 USB Connection Mode --> 2 Mass Storage

Then attach a suitable USB cable to the phone at the charging jack and open Explorer (Windows) or Finder(Mac) and navigate to the phone. Your pictures will appear and you can copy them to your computer as needed.

NOTE: be sure to return the phone from Mass Storage mode to Data Service or your phone will not work.

Also - set your phone to highest resolution for best quality pics.
Menu --> 8 My Stuff --> 7 Camera and Recordings --> 1 Take Photo --> Options --> 4 Resolution --> 1 1600x1200

YOU CAN TRY CLOSING EVERYTHING OUT BEFORE USING THE SCANNER
IF THAT DOES'NT WORK SOMETIMES UNINSTALLING THE CANNER THEN REINSTALLING WILL FIX THE PROBLEM
OTHERWISE YOU MAY NEED TO UPGRADE YOUR MEMORY

My lg tu500 says that it has full internal memory i deleted all of the sms messages and it still says it is full. i can't open any web browsers either as it says that it has insufficient memory. i have...

Yeah it's pretty common. If you don't have a memory card, then it's cause you have too many photos/songs etc on the phone taking up memory. If you do have one, make sure you have everything saved to it and then go into the settings and clear the phone memory.
That'll fix it.

Browser freezing and no memory

It sounds like you have an early version of the system software on your PS3. There have been a number of updates to address bugs created by the earlier versions of the software. You can get the latest update here: http://www.us.playstation.com/PS3/About/SystemUpdate

Try loading that onto your PS3, and see if it solves the problem.
