let me ask you this does the ignitor glow orange but no flame when you have no heat?usually on a gas dryer if at first you have heat and then after 10 to 30 minutes no heat it's usually the gas coils located on top of the gas valve, common problem, after the coils cool down they will work again, that dryer is kind of complicated to work on seeing how it does have two motors in it but you should be able to get at the gas coils,if you send the model number i can look it up for you.but it sounds like you have bad gas coils, the only way to tell is run the dryer, when the heat stops working look at the ignitor,if it glows orange and the flame doesn't ignite you have bad gas coils.
If you mean that the dryer timer is at "OFF' and the heater coil continues to heat, then the timer contacts are "welded" together. Check/replace the timer. If you mean the blower is not running during a drying cycle, the the various heat-sensors, including the thermal-fuse are doing their jobs. Find out why the blower is not working: Bad motor, blocked 4" duct, etc.
Yes. The blower draws the air from the heat source thru the tub and out the blower exhaust. This link should help with the Blower wheel assembly they also have diagrams or illustrations of your specific model
If you are having problems with your gas dryer not heatingthe most common problem is that the ignitor goes bad. Even though it glowssometimes it is still not working properly.
if you dryer is gas check out this gas no heat tip....
If you have an electric dryer, you can have many differentthings that can go wrong causing the dryer not to heat.

First make sure that the dryer is vented properly, then check the blower wheel. A common problem is for the center of the blower wheel to get rounded out through wear and tear, allowing the blower wheel to spin on the shaft, thus not spinning at the same speed as the motor. I will attach a photo for reference. Sorry for your trouble and I hope this helped. Best wishes.
