Question about Sony Cyber-shot DSC-W70 Digital Camera
so here is the problem:
i can take pictures with my cam with no problems, but when i press
the playback button, the screen displays a blue screen with the message:
i tryied almost everything i found over the internet for solutions but none worked... it was like this since the first time we used... right after taking out of the box....
its weird cause when i take the picture it shows the picture for a few seconds then goes back to the camera mode... but i still cant see the pictures i took... only when i transfer them to the computer...
thanx in advance
If the images are on the card and transfer OK to computer then we will have to look back to the camera.
You are sure that playback mode is selected correctly - are you?
Check out the hand book for this.
If you are sure - then it would seem to be a fault and the camera should be returned to the seller or the Sony support site contacted with a view to obtaining a replacement
