Question about Canon PIXMA MP780 All-In-One InkJet Printer
Just all of a sudden the printer stopped grabbing the paper and can't deliver it into the printer, every once in a while I would get a "load paper" message. I don't know how to take it apart to see if it is a small motor problem or a roller problem or what. I really like this printer or I wouldn't mess with it ......... Dwight
If you take the paper out and the paper tray if possible and get some wd40 and a cotton pad or some pad to use to wipe the wd40 onto the rollers ( only a small amount as you dont want to drench the rollers with wd40 ) and let it dry out for a few mins and then try it again.
If its the rollers then that should help
