Question about Ricoh Aficio GX3000 All-In-One Printer
Dear Madam/Sir, I have a RICOH Aficio GX3000 and I use it with my MacBook Pro running OS X 10.5.7. I had the 2.00 driver version but experienced some minor problems (some options as print B/W or Save Color Ink were not selectable). I thus installed the new 2.02 driver (which is intended for OS X 10.5 or later) but now I cannot select the duplex option any more. I receive the message: [Duplex] is unavailable. Change [Printout paper size][Paper Type] and try again. After setting up the values of both Tray 1 and Bypass tray nothing changes: I cannot select duplex and I always get the same message. I need support to fix this. Best regards
Problem solved by simply uninstalling and re-installing the driver (with the same procedure as before... bah!)
