Go to the Stanley Bostitch website. Click on schematics & parts. Find your model number in the drop down list. There is a list of parts and pricing. Just above the parts is a link for the schematic. Honestly, I worked on these things for years. It is best to replace the entire trigger valve. It comes as a kit with instructions grease, and a little tool to hammer your pins out. Lemme know if this helps. Please rate me

I have a N59 FN air is leaking from the bottom of gun I put ne trigger and O rings still leaking now what.

Air leaking from the bottom of the gun (path of driver) indicates that cylinder seal orings are leaking (if without nails in gun the driver is slowly pushed down the cylinder when air is connected then cylinder seal is leaking ). Cylinder seal snaps on the top of the cylinder and should fit snug and have no cracks. Easy fix for cylinder ring. Remove head and pull out cylinder. Then remove the cylinder ring (part #n50015). Examine ring for cracks and replace as needed. Examine body of gun where spacer oring makes contact and sand fine scratches. Replace orings as needed. If air is leaking between body of the gun and nose casting, replace gaskets. Good luck.

depends on where the air is leaking from, if the top of cap you have a pinched o ring, from the bottom of tool you have a problem with the cylinder or seal, the trigger assembly has a broken o ring. Let me know where the air if coming from and I will try and help.

Hi i have a problem with my stanly bostitch nail gun .i was using it ok for a little while then the nail stop coming out ,now all i hear is a putting sound only ,sounds like no air ,but my compressor and...

Your nailer model number is N75C-1 shares design features with many other bostitch coil nail guns. Usually, when you only hear a puff of air coming from the trigger area or within gun, the driver or headvalve is stuck. Usually easy to fix. First check the driver by removing air supply and inserting metal rod into nose of gun pushing the driver all the way up to top of cylinder (open latch and note position of driver, should not be visible). If driver is stuck due to debris, clear and retest gun. If driver is all the way up then remove head and see if the driver moves down (should move with light pressure). Headvalve should move inward with strong thumb pressure and move back out. Repair as needed and lube with silicone paste lube (sold at Lowes in plumbing department and swimming pool supplies). If both driver and headvalve look ok, then suspect trigger valve under the trigger. Good luck

Nail gun wont drive nails..just makes a weak popping sound

Popping sound indicates stuck driver or worn trigger valve. Remove the head and pull out the driver. The driver should fit snugly in the cylinder. Replace the piston oring if the drrver drops down the cylinder under its own weight. Check for bent or broken driver and replace as needed. Lube cylinder with silicone paste lube or nail gun oil. Check that the headvalve is not stuck in the head and lube as needed. Replace head and test. If no joy, replace the trigger valve. Good luck.

Air is coming out by the trigger of my stanley bostitch nail gun so will not fire.

Usually when this happens, a new trigger assembly is needed. See the link below for more information about diagrams and parts. Typical trigger kits will cost about $25. Please note that the exact model number of the gun is required.

I have a stanley bostitch Nail gun and air is coming out near the trigger. What does that mean.

It means you have to replace the trigger valve or the O-rings in the trigger. This fepends which model you have. A Bostitch service depot will have the parts.

N80sb-1 stanley bostitch framing gun.

Yes your nailer will drive other sizes of nails. For info and parts go to www.bostitch.com and look for the support tab then select service parts. Here you will find parts list and manual. To remove the tva11 trigger valve remove the retainer pin (the pin is 3mm) for the trigger and remove trigger. Next remove roll pin/pins that retain trigger valve. Use heavy glove to catch trigger valve as you apply air pressure to gun. The valve could pop out with great force so try lowering the pressure to gun. Before installing the new valve, check the opening for sharp edges which will cut orings. Good Luck and email if you have more questions.
