Refurbed machine - have now downloaded software to enable use of hotkeys but cannot fix function keys. Have finaly found right manual online, but suggested cmd prompt

try holding down the function key and hitting the numlock or scroll lock key, this is usually how you engage or disengage the laptops function keys on the keyboard. Most laptops have a light that will turn on and off when you do this, indicationg that the funtion keys are in use. depends on the brand

My notebook has started typing all blue function keys not sure how to get them back to normal. can you help?
