Question about Panasonic WORKiO DP-C262 Printer
Please help me with this error. I have Panasonic KX - MB263. First it says "toner empty - change suplies - call service 6". I already changed the toner with a genuine one. Now sometimes it says "check drum error" and sometimes "call service 6". What can I do? Thank You.
The drum unit must be nearing the end. You will need to replace it soon. Check the page count and check for howmany pages the drum is rated for. If the pagecount has reached the rated count, then its ok, if you are far from the rated limit, you will have to check with the supplier for possible refund.
