Try your reset button. It is around or under the battery. It is usually a small hole. You might need to use the end of a paper clip. If this fails, see your provider.

Its either do a Factory Reset and lose your data or take it to the O2 shop.

First try reset - take out battery and sim, keep out for a minute, then put them in and restart the phone. Any different?

You cant block a particular contact to send you a sms or call you.Only if your service provider has that particular type of service you can activate.

take the battery out of your bold and put it back in that will reboot your software.
that should clear up the problem.

you can go to your call logs icon and click the blackberry key. After that choos options from the menu and go to call barring. Check if you have accidently switched on call baring. You can also try and do a hard reset of the device. You perform this by switching off the phone and getting the battery out and in again.
