Its mainly deals with your cookies,

so try this, hope it will work

clear the cache and delete the cookies from site(s) that cause problems:
Tools > Options > Advanced > Network > Offline Storage (Cache): "Clear Now"
Tools > Options > Privacy > Cookies: "Show Cookies"

If that didn't help then try to rename or delete cookies.sqlite and cookies.txt (if it exists) in the profile folder in case there is a problem with the file.

Every time i go 2 youtube it says 400 bad request.

CauseThe 400 Bad Request error is an HTTP status code that means that the request you sent to the website server (i.e. a request to load a web page) was somehow malformed therefore the server was unable to understand or process the request. Resolution
  1. Check for errors in the URL. The most common reason for a 400 Bad Request error is because the URL was typed wrong or the link that was clicked on points to a URL with some kind of mistake in it.

  2. Though it's rare, the 400 Bad Request error could be an issue with the web site's server that you are trying to access. You may want to attempt to contact the webmaster or another site contact and inform them of the error message. The webmaster of most Internet sites can be reached via email at webmaster@website.com, replacing website.com with the actual website name.

400 Bad Request error usually indicates that the website is down or not running. The system cannot usually find the site. Please also double check if the site address was properly typed.

400 Bad request

hi,
If "your browser sent a request that this server could not understand"
and "size of request header field exceeds server limit", your request
is a bad or oversized cookie. (The same thing is true for "Error 400").

For some very strange reason, it seems 9 of
10 Bad Request messages implicate Firefox.

Simply delete your "Cookies" and everything
will be okay. Don't worry about erasing them;
nothing bad will happen. You won't lose your
internet browser's "Bookmarks" or "Favorites".
The worst thing that could happen is you will
be asked to retype your username/password
when you return to YouTube and some other
websites -- that's all.

As you're dumping your cookies, you should
also erase all your "Temporary Internet Files"
and "History". This will render your computer
totally "fresh" in YouTube's eyes. It would be
best if you shutdown / reboot after doing this:

Internet Explorer 6:
> Tools > Internet Options
> Delete Cookies > OK
> Delete Files > OK
> Clear History > Yes
> OK

Internet Explorer 7:
> Tools > Internet Options > Delete...
> Delete files > Yes
> Delete cookies > OK
> Delete history > OK
> Close (browsing history window)
> OK

Peace,
B

400 bad request

Clear your browser cache (temporary internet files) & cookie And again try to load you tube.
If that doesn't work, use a different browser. E.g. Firefox, Google Chrome, Opera. NOT IE.
If that doesn't work, then use Proxy.

What web browser are you using? Clearing cookies seems to be the fix for it.

I CAN'T GET TO YOU TUBE! IT SAYS 400 BAD REQUEST! WHAT SHOULD I DO?

It is most likely blocked. Go to your internet settings through tools and delete all cookies, or get to your firewall settings by right clicking the computer in the bottom right and clicking change firewall settings. Now go to exceptions, and add a port. The number is 80. Put PORT_80 as the title. Or go in run and type cmd. Now, type ping youtube.com and press enter. Type the number in the address bar.
