I had the same problem. Put a new cartridge in and now get the error. Lexmark support couldn't fix the problem so they tried to give me 20% off on a new one. yeh right!

To resolve this, download Internet Explorer 4.01 Service Pack 1. For more information, please refer to article Q185959 from Microsoft.
Note: Please check to see what version of Internet Explorer you are using. If it is higher than 4.01, contact Microsoft for an update.
