If you have the cd installer of your pc or laptop present OS ( operating system ), try to explore the cd and you will find the sound driver under utility folder. although sound driver is an independent program/application, it usually comes together with OS installer. it's hard to find and download some sound drivers that is compatible with your OS unless you know exactly which driver it is. i hope it will help.

a 6ya expert can help you resolve that issue over the phone in a minute or two.
best thing about this new service is that you are never placed on hold and get to talk to real repairmen in the US.
the service is completely free and covers almost anything you can think of (from cars to computers, handyman, and even drones).
click here to download the app (for users in the US for now) and get all the help you need.

Here's an easier solution. Click on My PC - System Info - Device Driver -Sound Card. Right click to view properties then update driver. Make sure your connected to the internet so it can search onlnie for you. Restart your pc. Alternatively, if your pc has onboard sound it will be on the disc as advised above or on the back up.

I have to know some information about your computer before I can find the sound driver. Please tell me what mother board you have. Is the sound on-board or is there a separate sound card?
I can help you find this information if you do not know. Come back to me with the answers.
