Question about HP Officejet Pro L7680 All-In-One Printer
I have this problem with our L7680, with both HP and generic cartridges I get the error listed above.
I've tride cleaniong the contacts on both the cartridge and in the printer,but it seems to be stuck in a software loop.
How can I perform a soft reset of the machine to get it to print or copy, or fax?
I have the same problem, but only with an original HP OEM cartridge that replaces the generic (which worked fine but is empty- if I put it in the error goes away- but can
t print because it is empty)
